We also got binaries for Windows folks up now, mainly for users of
libmpg123 as a DLL in their projects, but the whole program is there,
too.

Cygwin users are probably better off just building the thing like
on Unix systems. And then, that whole Ubuntu-on-Windows thing. What's
Windows, anyway? ;-)
