[Mpg123-devel] Patch for PPC NAS support

The attached file adds support for building a ppc binary with nas support.

This tool is great by the way. I currently use it to stream line-in on one computer to all my other machines with the following command:

sox -t ossdsp -w -s -r 44100 -c 2 /dev/dsp -t raw - | lame -x -m s - - | mpg123-nas -
