Hi there, 

since there is some simple bug fixing in 1.14, mixed together with some larger picture changes, that bug fixing gets a lightweight application to the 1.13 series to keep conservativ folks (distro maintainers in feature freeze, for example) happy: mpg123 1.13.5 is here.

 * Fix reading of ReplayGain values from Lame tag (nobody seen this before?!) (both actual values and the distinction between audiophile / radio).
 * Accept application/octet-stream as input from HTTP.
 * Update man page with encodings.
 * Build fixes.
