What is printed with mpg123_strerror(hMp3) after the call to mpg123_seek_frame()? mpg123_strerror(hMp3) always returns - No error... (code 0) > ... because the seek fails! So let's focus on why it fails. But the initial seek to frame 300 succeeds and that also returns -1 ? I think I will recompile mpg123 with debugging code and walk through what is going on in the debugger, It may give me some clue as to what is happening. I know I am becoming quite familiar with the mpg123 code, if it carries on this way I could end up an expert... ha ha. As and when time allows is good enough for me Thomas. No hurry.
