Okay, I sorted the mpg123 binary stripping in a very bad and naughty way.
I edited the Makefile and removed the binary stripping from it.
(Whatever gets the job done eh)

I would still like to know how to stop binary stripping on install the
proper way though.
So if anyone can help with that.
