Ok, that's it: After the recent annoying wave of gibberisch spamming of
the sf.net trackers (those being a nuisance especially when trying to
deal with the spam) I finally chose to disable anonymous posting of
tracker items (bug reports / feature requests).

This goes against my wish to keep the barrier for reporting issues as
low as possible, but the trackers would become unworkable otherwise.
Heck, I cannot even delete the spam!

Some time in the future, I might just set up a proper tracker system on
mpg123.org and just use sf.net for downloads, if at all. Anyhow, I'm
sorry for the spam in your inboxes because of the automatic posting of
tracker changes to the mailing list, even for hiding spam. That shall
end now.
