Summary: mpg123_tell_stream missing in windows DLL

Initial Comment:
I am using mpg123lib in order to decode mp3 files. I need to use mpg123_tell_stream to detect when I finished decoding a file. This works in Mac OS X but when I tried to compile the project in Windows I found mpg123_tell_stream does not exist in windows lib
