Leandro,

It is additions to the backend not the API...files 'id3.c' and 'mpg123.h'.  It adds two fields to the id3v2 structure: 'image' and 'images' and a new type: mpg123_image.  I've also included a new flag called MPG123_IMAGE to enable APIC picture frame processing.
