The Windows version of mpg123 doesn't support IPC communication with mpg123's process through the "Control Interface" (the one activated by passing the "-R" command line option)

Anyhow, this request is about fixed now thanks to JonY, it will be closed
once a released mpg123 with the feature exists. That will be version
1.14.0, according to the plan.

I forgot to announce --fifo option is now implemented in trunk for Windows,
do read the MSDN link to find out the naming convention for pipes.

Hello,

I am one of the developers working on the Windows side of things, its true
that the Windows port doesn't do IPC mostly because nobody has implemented
it yet.

MSDN has an article
<http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa365574%28VS.85%29.aspx> on IPC,
"Using Pipes for IPC" looks promising.
