#65 mpd-cvs "ability to use peer address with mpd-table"

When using the mpd-table RADIUS attribute you need to specify the table number and the IP address (Ex. mpd-table += "1=10.0.0.1")
This patch gives you the ability to use mpd-table with the peer negotiated IP address.

To use it just change your RADIUS mpd-table attribute to "table_number=peer_addr". (Ex. mpd-table += "1=peer_addr")
