Unfortunatelly log file doesn't contain any additial information about error.
Try to execute the first line from log file in cmd (copy it from log file and paste in cmd).

Your Video file have 4 streams: 1 video, 2 audio and 1 subtitle.
It seams that MP4Joiner has a problem by joining the subtitle streams.
So you need to disable fourth stream.
Try to add -rem 4 to the "MP4Box Parameters" in Options.

Although it is a bit late, this happened to me because of the chapters. I had to remove them with a third party tool and then I was able to do the merge.

Is that all? No error message something like "Error appending ...: Bad Parameter"?
