#15 mpeg-4 quicktime file support issue

Try one of the mp4 quicktime files from the frontline
web site, such as:
http://www.pbs.org/media/frontline/2505/ch1.mov
MP4Cam2AVI says "Video format unsupported"
quicktime and vlc both play the file, and report mpeg-4
as the format. If one uses vlc to re-mux the file
to either mp4 or mov, MP4Cam2AVI will then recognize it,
so there appears to be some issue with this type of
quicktime mpeg-4 file.
