#8 Second commander layout tree view doesn't update position...

Ran out of space in the title...

The second tree view in the commander layout isn't updating it's
position when you change folder in another view, unlike all the
other views.

I feel we may have discussed this a while back, something to do
with accessing two of the same view as different processes?
either way it's here as a reminder.

this seems to be intermittent, unless you've already come across this
or something similar i'll post another update when i have more info.
