Hi, Anyone else think it would be cool to have the search field also at the bottom of the results page so you can enter a new search if you scroll down and realise that your search criteria weren't quite what you wanted? Andrew |

Hi, I've just joined this list - the archives look fairly empty so is anyone else using it? I'm a web developer with a background in Java / JSP's and interested in helping out with this project if at all possible. Look forward to hearing how I can help. Andrew. |

Dear Developers, I am very interested in what you are doing. I am a Sun Certified Java programmer with almost now 10 years of java experience. I am interested in Ontologies, Geo-targeted queries and some other interesting sutff. I also have a dedicated p3 800mhz with 512 mb hooked up to 512 up/down adsl for nutch only! I tried to check out your codebase, seems like its not there. |

Hello Project Manager of Mozdex.
I donated $100 USD on June 30, 2004. But the amount on the donation page
is not increased yet. And no answer I have got yet although I mailed many
times. I want to make it sure that my donation is really used for the project.
Okajima, Jun. Tokyo, Japan.

I had been out for a few days with the birth of our first child, but i'm back and about ready to start uploading the code to CVS to start knocking off some of the updates. |

Dear Open Source developer I am doing a research project on "Fun and Software Development" in which I kindly invite you to participate. You will find the online survey under http://fasd.ethz.ch/qsf/. The questionnaire consists of 53 questions and you will need about 15 minutes to complete it. With the FASD project (Fun and Software Development) we want to define the motivational significance of fun when software developers decide to engage in Open Source projects. What is special about our research project is that a similar survey is planned with software developers in commercial firms. This procedure allows the immediate comparison between the involved individuals and the conditions of production of these two development models. Thus we hope to obtain substantial new insights to the phenomenon of Open Source Development. With many thanks for your participation, Benno Luthiger PS: The results of the survey will be published under http://www.isu.unizh.ch/fuehrung/blprojects/FASD/. We have set up the mailing list fa...@we... for this study. Please see http://fasd.ethz.ch/qsf/mailinglist_en.html for registration to this mailing list. _______________________________________________________________________ Benno Luthiger Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich 8092 Zurich Mail: benno.luthiger(at)id.ethz.ch _______________________________________________________________________ |
