Create an initial version of a user guide for the
MotoRobots libraries.
For the benefit of newbies, this should include a
section on setting up development environment, and
basic instructions on how to use dev tools.
Include walk-though example for building hello program.
Reference section for libraries, organized
heirarchically by library.
For platform-independence, ideally should be authored
in SGML DocBook and "compiled" to various formats
(HTML, PDF, RTF, etc) using *nix Doc tools, but
authored directly in HTML would probably be acceptable
too - need to discuss.
