[Motion-user] Videos start before the event with movie_passthrough on

Hi,
  I am using motion 4.7.0. I have appr. 8 IP cameras, most sending H.265 streams and will detect motion by itself and trigger the recording by using the motion http api.
To lower CPU usage I turned movie_passthrough to on. Since then I recognized, that the begin of the recorded video starts several seconds to a minute before the event happen until I restart motion.
The record video is much longer than the time between on_movie_start event and on_movie_end event.
Here are some configuration values, which might be relevant for the issue:
