Mike, I had a nearly identical experience with this camera. Looking through the network traces that I captured revealed numerous TCP retries to both the wired and wireless interfaces. I contacted Toshiba support about the problem, but could not find anyone that was willing to dig into it further. I also found a whole host of users on the internet with similar experiences. I finally gave up, and returned the camera to the store where I bought it. It should also be noted that I was using only the web interface provided by the camera ...
