My problem is: why does other software does the same job much faster (and I assume the motion-detection is not the victim - based on my quick tests). (640x480@2fps doesn't sound like that much, the same cpu handles much more data while compressing/decompressing file on my NAS). I suspect it is very HW-platform-related, ARM vs x86, integrated FPU or not, ... |
