[Motion-user] using 2 webcams not working

Hi,

so i found the error in the Config file. Now both Web-Cams are running, 
but only in a very low resolution. If i use heigh resolution i get the 
error: "Error starting stream VIDIOC_STREAMON: No space left on device". 
This seems to be a well known bug, so i will lock for a solution.
