Shipping is yours - because i cant decide where you live :-) Possibly the http headers the camera is sending are broken somehow and/or the loginfree.jpg isn't a pure jpeg but has http headers? Try netcat and set up your own mini-web server? That's probably what I would do. netcat the camera and get the stream; then pipe it to ffmpeg if needed to 'normalize' it and then use inetd to serve it out some port. Something along the lines of: while 1 ; do netcat http://10.0.0.2/loginfree.jpg | [something to strip out headers if needed ] done and set it up so inet serves it on some port. Alternatively mencoder http://<name>.dyndns.org:4321 [options to output a mp4 file with no sound to stdout] There's probably a dozen or so other ways using ffmpeg and / or either adding or stripping http headers as needed. I'd do a binary dump of the data that the camera is sending. I can send you a dump of the data my AIC250 is sending, and you can compare and see why yours fails and mine works. --Yan > > I hope this helps a little to get some help by a motion expert! > > The cam can be found here : > http://www.ciao.de/Longshine_LCS_IC_716__2470093 > > Thanks in advantage, > > Stefan from Germany > > -- > > *Bäckerei Agethen* > > *Alstadener Str. 137* > > *46049 Oberhausen* > > * * > > *Telefon: +49 (0)208 - 84804-0* > > *Telefax: +49 (0)208 - 84804-24* > > * * > > *EM@il**: ko...@ag...
