#109 list mode: head of column breaks DND

I mostly work in list mode to see all the file details. You cannot DND items from one window to another when a head of column is "in the way". It always breaks DND as Ambient believes it has to scroll around now inside the listed window contents which takes so much time that the dragged item gets lost under the mouse pointer. You have to fetch the item again in the originating window which is really really annoying as this happens regularly.

Scrolling when you are at top or bottom of list is a wanted feature though. What do you suggest to solve this issue? Maybe scrolling should only be triggered if user doesn't move mouse for a reasonable amount of time. I don't see any other way.

Good proposal. Would be worth a try if it is feasible. Start scrolling holds over the column but not when whooshing above it.
