Hi all, first of all, apologies for the long email! This is not the first time I ask question in morphing mailing lists... I hope you will forgive my dumbness. I use isomaker to build an iso. I use the command isomaker -b basemod-2.6.15.xml -m lightgui.xml -r\ http://www.morphix.org/debian/udeb -p grub-gfxboot-iso-udeb -p\ morphix-cdrom-misc-udeb -p morphix-grub-menulist-udeb -p\ morphix-iso-grubtheme mylivecd-6.iso with basemod-2.6.15.xml and lightgui.xml taken from the template dir of mmaker (which AFAICT are equal to the CVS version). I want to tell you about some errors I get from the previous command. I would like to know if they are potentially dangerous and if it is possible to fix them. (the output lines below are indented by my MUA's editor... I like short lines so I didn't modify its behaviour, hope things remain clear). All the erros refer to the creation of the base module, that is the first step of isomaker. ==== Error 1: When populating the /dev in the libmorph-xxxxxx tree I get ... Finally during the creation of the iso I obtain a set of warnings Warning: creating filesystem that does not conform to ISO-9660. Warning: Creating ISO-9660:1999 (version 2) filesystem. Warning: ISO-9660 filenames longer than 31 may cause buffer overflows in the OS. Ignoring file infodir.bak Warning, number as file string found. Assuming old command syntax and choosing compatible parameters (-m -B 65536). See the usage info (-h) for better/correct parameters. Warning, going to allocate 0 bytes of system memory. which I guess are innocuous (but it's always better to ask!). Best, Giulio. |
