started to implement collecting data to define called rule-identifiers

added enumeration values for property details

added method alignRule between constructor and dataBase_create to differ between identifier and expression of a rule
extended method dataBase_create by a switch to process different sub-trees in different ways

started to align rule-definition in data-base with old xml-structure

moved creation of log-file name to method storeDataBaseAsXML and reused dot-search to search of pure dot to make independent from OS.
solved crash when constructor is not putting source-root into data-base by giving the data-base root a data-object.
