user defined grammar log-files will be now split into path, name and attachment while setting in external grammar

bug:avoiding of redundant dependency information (done in revision 128) results in not complete analyzed nodes in caller- and calling-trees (tags called Child)

in the user-configuration of xml2abc the tag used to include the process-configuration is now Process and not GeneratorNSD anymore (alignment with user-configuration of abc2xml)
