started to implement evaluation of non recursive calling levels

removed out commented code parts

called and calling rules are now stored as association pointers pointing directly to the other rules instead of using id-numbers
If one rule is defined more then once only the last rule will be analyzed for property log

exchanged output string for better understanding

added methods to return the skip-parser the contractor parser and the number of contractor parsers
refactoring of method-comments for doxygen

added user-output for the case that one already defined grammar rule will be redefined

reordering methods inside the source without changing their implementation
