Given the time that we currently spend on MoreUnit, I doubt we will do anything soon, but just in case I would like to clarify your proposal.
As far as I understand you would like to somehow have the "favorites" static members that once can see under the panel "Preferences > Java > Editor > Content Assist > Favorites" change depending on the project currently being edited, according the project's MoreUnit configuration (JUnit vs TestNG). That way, the completion would propose the right assertXxx methods.
If that is your proposal, I do agree that it would be great, but to be honest I'm not even sure that we can hook into this mechanism.
