Allow processing of phone calls, such that ones are scheduled for days in the future, and keep notes on each call made in the database. Then a customer's contacts could all be shown at once on one screen, from previous contacts, to scheduled future contacts. Also, allow different dispositions (no answer, answering machine, busy, etc.) and allow the redial delay to be edited for each of these.
