Every module has a 'lang' folder. This folder contains the
translations for the module.

If you want to fix something in an existing translation, just edit the
lang file of the module you spotted the error in. If you want to
create a new trannslation, use the  english files as a template for
the new ones.

The 'general' module is an exception, as it has more lang files, and
those are used elsewhere, too.

If you are pleased with the results, just submit the file(s) to the
patch tracker on sf.net.
