#1340 can not send e-mail because of relay access denied

hi,

after two weeks of working with the 0.6.9 version of mgw, we
can not send e-mails. receiving is no problem.

if i test the account with: "smtp testen" i get an error "554: Relay
access denied >> FEHLER". Our server works normaly because
i can send e-mails with outlook and the different accounts
without any problem.

I had the same problem. With the following changes you can
avoid the problem.

cd /usr/lib/sasl && mkdir old && mv libcrammd5.so*
libdigestmd5.so* old

you should activate authentication in accounts, this should
do it. if not please open a new ticket.
