Attached sbml model loads successfully using readSBML, but all Rules and the related variables seem to be lost. These rules do not seem to be in the model tree and are not saved if the model is writen out to an xml file using writeSBML.

I am working on it, We didn't had a cabalility before so it was ignored but now we might have a way to do, but it would take sometime to convert and test.

This model is combination of electrical and chemical model at this point we are not handling this in MOOSE directly. But there is always way to do this in MOOSE using Rdesigneur .
