#196 Split Notebook Menubar State Divergence

When using two documents with the split notebook feature (View-->Move to Split Notebook) the menubar does not update state when the document focus changes. For example: with two documents in split notebook view, select View-->Wrap Text. Then change focus to the other document. The text wrap setting has not changed in the new document, however the checkmark in the menu indicates that it has. Same thing happens with Show Line Numbers, for another example.
