I have built monopd 0.6.0 and 0.6.1 using libcapsinetwork 0.2.3 and
libmath++ 0.0.3 as well as CVS versions. I have a problem with core
dumps prior to main(). I tried debugging this but the stack trace is
useless and I never make it to the program entry point.
I am building with gcc 3.0.4 and libstdc++ v3. I don't think this is
relevant, but I had to change a few references to #include <algo.h> to
#include <algorithm> as the algo.h in ...g++-v3/backwards caused the
compile to puke:
g++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.
-DMONOPD_DATADIR=\"/usr/local/share/monopd\"
-DMONOPD_CONFIGDIR=\"/usr/local/etc\" -g -O2 -c -o game.o
`test -f game.cc || echo './'`game.cc
In file included from /usr/include/g++-v3/backward/algo.h:61,
from game.cc:24:
/usr/include/g++-v3/backward/tempbuf.h:70: `get_temporary_buffer'

Very very akward. Wish I knew what to tell you, but crashes prior to
main look very icky.
I'll check if including <algorithm> will work on 2.95.x and 3.1/3.2.. if so,
that seems reasonable to be changed.
