#12 Content outline filtering

Content outline filtering for the users, now the content outline show every thing in the tree, and their is a simple filter associated with the content outline that will show/hide potential objects in the tree.

It will be nice to see this article about creating working sets in the paltforme.

Users might want to hide nodes, spatials, geometry batchs, controlls ... .

Also it might be a great idea to cull the unneeded working set from the 3D scene as well.
