I've committed the python and php modules to cvs. It'll be some time before we have a stable release ready. Hopefully by the time I start back at school I will be able to release this. Right now it's "Sorta Working" but not quite.

I've decided that the best way to handle permissions is through LDAP. You can add a group to your ldap server and assign users to that group. No special permissions need to be applied to the user accounts. Once a release is completed I may have LDAP as a configurable option for non LDAP users.
