I was wondering if it would be possible to have a monitor profile attached to specific accounts. This way when a an account signs in to the pc the monitor profile is loaded as well.

You can already do this by using the command line interface described here https://sourceforge.net/p/monitorswitcher/wiki/Home/
Simply put a call to the profile you want into your windows autostart
