** JIT Debugging **
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

I'm on Windows 10, .Net framework is installed.

This looks like the program is having problems saving the configuration files. Please check if the following directoy exists and if you have the rights to write in it:
C:\Users{Username}\AppData\Roaming\MonitorSwitcher\Profiles
If it does not exist try to manually create it.

The folder was already created when i tried browsing to it. Any other possible problems?

I'm on windows 10 x64, on a triple monitor config. 1 4k screen and 2 2k screens, powered by a 980ti.

Edit : I got it working, Martin. It was Kaspersky that was somehow restricting access. I moved the program to a folder on the root drive, and the program worked like a charm.
