I am not positive that this is an issue with monitor profile switcher however, I wanted to let you know because you probably knkow something I don't. After using monitor profile switcher I can no longer enable nvidia surround. AFter going into nvidia control panel and configuring my surround array it completely disable my main 3 displays, defaulting to my portrait display on my alternate setup. My main 3 displays are perminently disabled, even after restart they are just gone, like they arent even plugged in. The only way I have found to revert this issue is to restore windows to a back up point. Like I said I'm not sure this is caused by monitor profile switcher however, it stopped working around the time I started using monitor profile switcher. Thanks in advance.

One thing that is for sure is that the program cannot copy and apply the NVidia Settings since those are handled in a special way by the NVidia drivers to which I do not have any access to.
What the program does is the following, it uses standard windows API to save and restore all the windows monitor settings. It could be that for whatever reason the Windows settings for your setup interfere with the NVidia settings. I can, however, not imagine why this would permanently block the monitor settings after using the program. Did you try what happens if you change your monitor settings using the normal windows settings? Did this maybe reenable your NVidia settings?

After enabling Nvidia surround the monitors, for a lack of better terms, become invisible. Even after unplugging and plugging them back in they are just gone. However if I plug each mointor into a different display out on my graphics card then they are recognized. Its as if the configuration that was in use when Nvidia surround was enabled is just gone. I did play around with the windows display settings and there was nothing to be done. I am able to restore my PC to backup and everything goes back to normal. I've been trying to find the source to thise problem, but I have come up with nothing. I am going to delete all monitor switchers profiles and see if that makes a difference, Ill get back with you once I have done that. Thanks in advance

I have more information about this bug, figured I'd share what I've found. I have managed to get surround enabled, only by swapping my outer monitors around. Because I havent set a profile for this configuration in monitor switcher surround is not affected. This makes me believe that the profiles are being permantly saved somewhere because even after deleting the monitor profile on the previous configuration I was unable to enable surround. Hope this helps.

That must be then happen by the NVIDIA drivers, which would be very weird (and still nothing I can do about that), sorry
