For some reason the passcode I had changed or was not accepted. I tried to delete everything off my phone I have a samsung s6 including the cookies under my files since I saved it to my dropbox. I downloaded the windows version hoping I could at least I could open and I could. I tried to save a new file to my dropbox and open it after reinstalling on my s6 samsung and the program still wants my passcode omg. How do I totally get rid of the passcode and get my file bck on my phone so I can open please help.
