I have just downloaded and installed Money Manager Ex ver 1.2.7. I am running it on a Dell 3030 AIO PC using Windows 10. When installing an error mssage was received thus:

"Can't create registry key 'HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\Feature Control\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION' (error 5: access is denied.)"

The program seems to have installed OK and opens a QIF (Quicken) database, but every command given to the program e.g.open help file, open an account takes about TWO minutes to execute. I have downloaded and installed further copies but the situation is the same. What is wrong here? It is my intention to use Money Manager Ex instead of Quicken if I can get it responding correctly.

Would suggest uninstalling, then when you double click the EXE to install the application, right click and select 'Run as Administrator', if you have UAC enabled it will ask you to confirm.
