#47 How to add a new language?

I check Languages.momime.xml and find it could be translated by changing <text> content, does it work？ because I am a beginner in the program, it is a quick way to replace my language.
I want to add chinese, but when I add
" <languageoption language="cn">
<languagedescription>Chinese</languagedescription>
</languageoption>"
below the Polski at line 12, the client.bat crash and could not open game.</text>

So I reset the Languages.momime.xml, only replace a text (New Game) in "en" and change encode ""(chinese encode) to see differences. It does not crash but could not show successfully.
