Smoothing system rules in graphics XML editor

Delphi graphics XML editor used to have option that would apply the smoothing system rules defined in order to verify that no bitmasks that could possibly be generated by the smoothing rules are missing. Should add this into the Java graphics XML editor at some later stage.
Still not done, but its low priority since all the graphics XML rules are already configured and not something I or anybody else am having to edit any further. But the option should be on
Edit > Overland Map > Tile sets > pick Overland Map > click Smoothed Tile Types > pick for example Desert > click Smoothed Tiles.
This screen lists all the bitmasks defined for the desert tile set and shows the image selected for each one. This screen needs a button added that checks that no bitmasks are missing, by checking the reduction rules associated with the selected smoothing system.
