#17 style variable

A lot of Web sites have pretty extreme "style guidelines"
that determine everything from what font face/sixe/color
is used where - to what words can/should be capitalized
and whether the word "e-mail" is hyphenated or not. So,
as far as Mojo Mail goes, this request is for a variable
for the word "e-mail" be a part of Config.pm wherein
*all* instances of the word "e-mail" can be changed,
including in the admin pages.

I know this is already editable in e-mail copy and it
seems like a small thing for the other instances, but it is
HUGE for some Web sites!
