#549 3.0.0 - Dada Mail handles sendmail errors pretty stupidly

For example, if you try to send a message out and you get a, "broken pipe" error - a lot of the times it's because an hourly sending limit has been reached during a mass mailing. What does Dada Mail do? It happily CHUGS along, having failed sending to that particular person, just to keep chugging along, to make the next n subscribers FAIL the same exact way.

Maybe it should just, you know... *stop sending*, or at the very least, try again, with the same address.
