#66 HelpOnAccessControlLists description does not match config

HelpOnAccessControlLists description does not match
default configuration in wiki/config/wikiconfig.py.

The page_group_regex default value is '[a-z]Gruop$'.
This is the same for all other *_regex defaults too.

I would prefer to see '.*Group$' in the
wiki/config/wikiconfig.py file.
