About the guide of importing into eclipse: As you put it in the manual/readme, "set the root directory to the extracted MOEA Framework source code folder and click Finish." ,is absolutely wrong, for the eclipse will warn you [No projects are found to import] and the finish is unclickable.

Thanks for reporting this. I assume you are selecting the MOEAFramework-2.4/src folder. You'll need to select MOEAFramework-2.4/ only. Will clarify the wording in the manual.
Updated user manual. Changes will appear in version 2.5.
