The initial build of modGE (Modular Game Engine) consists of an implementation of the game loop. This piece of code will be consistently executed throughout the running of a game. Its iterations are typically coupled to the frame rate of the game. This code needs to perform initialization, updating of objects and graphics and cleanup.
