ModeRator is a software tool for comparison of stoichiometric models. ModeRator is designed to analyze reactions and thereby to compare two COBRA-compatible stoichiometric models.

Modellers, reviewers and testers are welcomed to the Biosystems group homepage where ModeRator is hosted.

Two versions are available:
