[Modelbuilder-announce] Release 0.7.4

I'm glad to announce a new release of modelbuilder.

The release can be downloaded from the sourceforge donwload page:

Global list of changes are:
 - Improved makefiles - Improved dist.sh by Daryl - Started documentation on 
internal MODELbuilder structure - fixed updating model from modeleditor - 
changed back to GA solver - started implementation of regression engine - 
added hebrew translation by Yudit - added russian translation by Yudit - 
implemented correlation plot - imported TxyChart - imported release.xml - 
implemented loading and saving of dialoglayout to settings.xml - implemented 
feature request 1504253 (initialize the layout of the dialogs) - implemented 
feature request 1523369 (replaced synapse library with lnet which has MacOS 
support)
And several dozens of bugfixes and minor changes
