Specify the parent ROM archive in GameInfo and load ROMs from parent archive.

Please commit with "--with-revprop svn:author=johnpeterson" (or update the author after commit with "svn propset --revprop svn:author "johnpeterson" -r#") so the commit is tracked for my Ohloh account.
