#2 Memory watch doesn't break

Memory watch currently set m_break but doesn't act on it.

This patch adds a break in the read and write functions.

Please commit with "--with-revprop svn:author=johnpeterson" (or update the author after commit with "svn propset --revprop svn:author "johnpeterson" -r#") so the commit is tracked for my Ohloh account.
